Out Of Bounds Speed & Marine is a family owned business. John Bounds &
family started their  business in 2005 with intentions to not only go above &
beyond in the boat repair industry, & have every customer leave with a smile on
their face, but to provide prompt quality service & to show you what "Customer
Service" really means.
















John hired Jeff Brewer, a well known mechanic throughout the Sacramento
area as a Tech. Jeff has 43 years of Marine experience & is highly experienced
in engine rebuilding, transmission repair, auto restoration & repair, etc. Jeff
earned an AA degree for Master Automotive Technology, along with Mercury
Outboard, Mercruiser Stern Drive, EFI 1&2, & Computer Diagnostic Systems
certifications.
Jeff has held his certifications for Mercury outboards & Mercruiser stern drives
since 1976.
