100 HOUR SERVICE INCLUDES:
Typical for Inboard/Outboard and Inboard service:
* Remove outdrive & check engine alignment
* Inspect all bellows & clamps for fit & tightness
* Lubricate universal shaft & gimbal bearing
* Torque gimbal ring clamp
* Grease all external fittings
* Inspect and lubricate external steering components and adjust
* Inspect trim tabs for proper operation and tightness
* Inspection all zinc's for proper ground and conditions
* Inspect drive trim, lines, pump operations, fluid level and trim gauge
* Remove prop - clean hub and shaft, inspect splines, lube shaft, re torque
prop nut
* Change drive oil
* Pressure test drive for leaks
* Change water pump impeller and gaskets
* Inspect shaft for smooth operation
* Inspect all rigging inside and out
* Run engine to operating temps and inspect timing
* Change oil and oil filter
* Change water/Fuel separator
* Change trans fluid when applicable
* Change spark plugs
* Change distributor cap and rotor
* Inspect spark plug wires
* Inspect point and condenser when applicable
* Clean spark arrestor
* Adjust carburetor per factory specifications
* Adjust throttle cable
* Adjust shift cables, and drive belt
* Check charging systems (Load test battery, alternator output)
* Check all engine mounting bolts, exhaust bolts and motor mounting bolts
for adequate torque
* Inspect fuel system from tanks to carburetor for leaks and warn lines
* Change power steering fluid
* Inspect exhaust systems, silent choice, back flow flappers and mufflers
* Inspect trailer condition
* Check tire pressures, tread depth and wear patterns
* Inspect for side wall damage to tires and wheels
* Pack bearings through bearing buddies
* Inspect trailer lights and wiring connection condition
* Inspect wheel bearing seals for leaking grease
* Inspect brake lines for leaks
* Torque wheels
* Lubricate trailer tongue and jack
* Inspect tie downs and straps
